The choir now has approaching 50 members from all walks of life. Amongst our ranks we have teachers, bankers, paramedics, solicitors and farmers. We rehearse regularly most Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm in Draycott Memorial Hall. We are united in the common interest of the learning and enjoyment of music, which is then performed for the pleasure of others at the same time raising funds for charitable causes.
We are always wanting new members to join the choir for what can only be described as a most enjoyable hobby, lots of fun, challenging music items to sing and immense satisfaction when singing in concerts.
For any men wishing to consider a new and fulfilling pastime, think no further, you can find the solution at our rehearsals on Tuesday evenings in Draycott. (See opposite)
New members are most welcome, as are supporters and visitors to the area of Cheddar.
We rehearse most Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm at Draycott Memorial Hall.
In addition to rehearsals and concerts there is a varied social life within the Choir in which members are encouraged to participate. We usually have an annual dinner and a barbeque or similar event once a year.
